David Youngs

David Youngs brings a versatile background in a myriad of industries to his role as Operations Coordinator at Fluence Advisory. With a background in strategic communication and content creation, David is a firm believer that authenticity leads to strong relationships and growth for all parties involved in the workplace.  

Rooted in critical thinking and robust interpersonal communication skills, David most recently served as an Assistant Director of Admissions at his alma mater Concordia College. There, he supported the institution in recruiting its largest incoming class since 2018. He also served as Head Coach of the Concordia men’s tennis team, leading the Cobbers to the playoffs for the first time in six years and earning M.I.A.C. Coach of the Year accolades in his first season at the helm.  

Prior to his time at Concordia, David led marketing and communications strategy and delivery at the nation’s largest sport psychology firm. In his role, he tapped into written and video skills, graphic design, and website construction, while also working with local and national organizations in a media relations capacity.  

Born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota, David’s resume also includes serving as Director of Communications on a gubernatorial campaign, communications work for North Dakota’s largest electric cooperative, and feature writing and analysis in the professional sports realm.
